1. Move past things that happened in 2009.
2. Exercise for fitness, not appearance. People genetically disposed to diabetes who read hundreds of academic articles for work about exercise and the prevalence of diabetes should learn to get off their butts and move. It’s a boring and oft-repeated resolution, but I’m normally good at sticking to exercise plans.
